Uniting Teens Through Music

Three businesses in St Albans will be joining forces to raise funds for the young people supported by Teens Unite to attend a music workshop.

The ‘Learn Digital Charity Event’ takes place on 14th September and will be an evening of photography and fine food and drink.

The invitation only event is the brain child of Ann Kelly, Learn Digital Photo and will be hosted by Ann, Frank Zelenak- Thirtynine10 Fine Wine Merchants and Clint Lawrence- Bulthaup. The event is set to be a huge success after tickets sold out in one day!

Ann has organised the fundraising event in memory of Harry Krish, the brother of her close friend Anna- Ruby, who sadly lost his battle with cancer. He had a passion for music and would sing in a band with his school friends.

The money raised from the evening will enable Teens Unite to bring young people together through a music workshop, where they will have the opportunity to put a song together, drawing upon their own experiences and spreading the word about Teens Unite and the issues surrounding cancer in your teenage years.

Through the workshop, the young people will be able to meet others their age in a similar situation and re-build their confidence and self-esteem. We have previously organised music workshops for the teens and they are always an event the young people look forward to.

We would like to thank Ann for all of her hard work in organising the event, we’re sure it will be a great evening and a fantastic testament to her brother, Harry-Krish.
